This is only a test.

To prepare for earthquakes and other disasters, and the various possible resulting emergencies that could arise, the Japanese hold ‘simulations’ to help responders learn how to handle unexpected situations. They do this every year. This year, the simulation involved a tiger escaping from the Ueno Zoo after an earthquake. Here is the footage of this simulation.
